Restorative Yoga reduces stress by helping you to reconnect with your own internal rhythms. In this practice you receive the energetic benefits of doing yoga postures without having to expend significant amounts of energy. This class will blend gentle stretching, supported yoga postures (using pillows, blankets, a chair) guided imagery, meditation and relaxation techniques that will help your body relax and renew itself. This 7:00 p.m. class will also prepare your body for a deep, restorative night's sleep.
